A site is one project you hold records against — one construction phase plan, one set of inductions, inspections and permits. The licence covers 10 of them, with unlimited users, operatives and records inside those. A site that has finished stops counting once you archive it, so a year of short projects does not accumulate against you.

Sites beyond the included 10 are £395 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date — so starting a job in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. Site safety records are only worth keeping if the person who did the inspection is the person who logged it, and charging per head is the fastest way to end up with one supervisor's login shared round a compound.

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — plans, RAMS, inspections, permits and their evidence. Health and safety records outlive the project they came from, so export is built to produce a complete, dated copy rather than a summary.
